The ActiveX Block utility can be used to manage ActiveX controls installed on
your system by blocking malicious controls. You can view the list of items on
the screen and manage misbehaving ones. The checked ActiveX items will be blocked
from your PC to protect your system. The unchecked items can still install on
your PC automatically. You need to determine which ones could cause a potential
threat and block them accordingly.

 

 

To lock the ActiveX Block:

1. Click the System Tools button on the left side, and then click the ActiveX Block tab.
2. Select an object or multiple objects or all the objects in the listed body frame.
3. Click the Lock button.

To unlock the ActiveX Block:

1. Click the System Tools button on the left side, and then click the ActiveX Block tab.
2. Select an object or multiple objects or all the objects in the listed body frame.
3. Click the Unlock button.
